  • Crawl Space – Dallas Conner & Mike Wolff presented information from Blackburn Basement on steps to fix the issues related to the crawl space.  The proposal needs a contractor to replace floor joists and the sill plate.  The board asked Mike to contact several contractors to see who is available.

Office Manager Report:

  • Postcards were sent out to most customers in May.  So far, the response has been positive.

Manager Report:

  • Drained and cleaned the Vale Tank looking for a leak.  The tank is fine, no leaks were found.  There ended up being a leak not far from the tank.
  • Fixed two addition leaks,  one River Loop Road and another near Belle Fourche.
  • Tapped two new services near Nisland.
  • Hauled the generator to the shop to repair.  It was thought the trailer it has been sitting on could be used to haul the skid steer.  It is to light and is not suitable.  There is a 1996 tilt bed trailer at auction for $2,500 that is suitable for this.  Motion by Penny Oedekoven, seconded by Gary Velder to purchase the trailer.  Motion carried.
  • We will be doing initial water sampling for the PFAS in the coming weeks.
  • Mike Wolff contacted the Highway Department for clarification on secondary roads to access our lines and meters.

Motion by Bob Lewis, second Gary Velder, the meeting was adjourned at 9:00 am.
