A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Butte-Meade Sanitary Water District was held at the District Office on February 1, 2024, at 2:30 p.m.  The meeting was called to order by the President of the Board, Bob Lewis at 2:30 p.m.

Unless otherwise noted, all Board action was by unanimous decision.

Members Present: Bob Lewis, Gary Velder, Penny Oedekoven, Judy Heisler, Richard Harmon, Mike Wolff, and Dallas Conner.  Also present was Jason Pettyjohn from FMG Engineering.

Motion by Judy Heisler, second by Richard Harmon to table the bid award pending review of bid documents to ensure bid submittal requirements.  Motion carried.

Motion by Judy Heisler, second Penny Oedekoven, the meeting was adjourned at 3:00 p.m.
