A special meeting & public hearing was held at the District Office on June 27, 2022 at 8:00 a.m., led by the Pledge of Allegiance.  The meeting was called to order by President of the Board, Bob Lewis at 8:00 a.m.

Unless otherwise noted, all Board action was by unanimous decision.

Members Present: Bob Lewis, Gary Velder, Penny Oedekoven, Judy Heisler, Mike Wolff, Jason Pettyjohn and Dallas Conner.  

Motion by Gary Velder, second Penny Oedekoven to adopt the agenda, motion carried.

A Public Hearing was held regarding a DANR Funding Application for a Water System Improvement Project.  Presentations were made by Bill Lass & Jason Pettyjohn covering the purpose, need and financing of the project.  Bob Lewis called for public comments or questions.  This concluded the Public Hearing.  

Motion by Penny Oedekoven, second by Gary Velder to adopt Resolution 1-2022, a Resolution authorizing an application for financial assistance.  The Resolution was signed by Board President, Bob Lewis.

Motion by Bob Lewis, second Gary Velder, the meeting was adjourned at 8:50 am.
