The Butte–Meade Water District Special Meeting was called to Order at 10:55 AM on February 25th,2021, with the following Trustee present Bob Lewis, Brian Stambaugh, Penny Oedekoven, Gary Velder, Judy Heisler and Attorney Dwight Gubbrud 

Motion made by Gary Velder to accept the agenda of February 25th, 2021, 2nd by Penny Oedekoven. All in favor, motion carried. 

Motion to go into Executive session 125–2–section 1 & 3 by Brian Stanbaugh, 2nd by Penny Oedekoven. All in favor, motion carried. Merri Stapp and Mike Wolff out at 11:04am, in executive session 

@11:05am. Out of Executive Session at 12:52pm. Open session at 12:53 Merri Stapp back in. Action taken, Motion made by Brian Stambaugh to have Merri Stapp on Administrative Leave with pay until further notice, 2nd by Penny Oedekoven. All in favor, motion carried. 

Motion to adjourn meeting at 1:07pm by Brian Stambaugh, 2nd by Bob Lewis. All in favor, motion carried.
